The resort offers a unique setting surrounded by lush greenery, which makes for a relaxing atmosphere. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautiful, with a private pool that we loved. However, the dining options became monotonous over time, and we encountered some service inconsistencies and noise issues that detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, the lack of snack options and some cleanliness concerns were disappointing.

My stay at the resort was a mix of wonderful relaxation with some serious concerns. The accommodation was beautifully designed and offered a tranquil environment away from the hustle of the city. The spa facilities were exceptional and the food was mostly delicious, though the dining experience didn't fully meet expectations at times. I left feeling rejuvenated, but a troubling incident shadowed my visit, highlighting potential safety issues that the management needs to address urgently.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the lush green surroundings and calming atmosphere are truly spectacular, my stay was marred by my concerns over the treatment of insects around the villa. However, the amenities for families, including the fun activities for kids and the vibrant environment, are excellent. There's definitely room for improvement in both communication with guests and insect management.

My stay was simply amazing! The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the staff, especially Romi, Karen, and Maan, made all the difference with their warm and attentive service. Our villa was stunning and provided a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. On the downside, there was ongoing construction which sometimes disrupted the serene atmosphere, and I feel a few essentials like insect repellent should have been provided in the room, especially in a nature-rich resort like this.
